Week 7 : Forum + Quiz + Crossword puzzle

On 24th August, Thursday, we had the session 2 forum.There were another 6 panels involved in this forum to talk about their topics.As usual, some of them answered the question based on the paper in their hand and some of them just answered the question spontaneously.The moderator of this forum was Amira Syuhada that replaced Khaideer who had been the moderator for the first session. Then, on Thursday, we had a short quiz.The quiz was quiet tough because the question required us to think deeply.We were given a small paper to write the answered. We think that this is the first time in our life to have this kind of quiz.Then, we were given the new task which was the crossword puzzle.We have to create the crossword puzzle based on our topic.So, our group had discussed together to create the best crossword puzzle.Then, this crossword puzzle will be given to the other group.They have to answer the crossword puzzle that we had created.This activity is quiet fun since we can create our own crossword puzzle and will be answered by others.

Week 6 : Forum

On 17th August, we were given a task to do the forum on the next class.Each group will has one representative to be a panel.We had to do forum based on the topics in our previous drama.We had to get ready with the questions to be asked to the panels.As a leader in our group, I knew that there was nobody volunteer to become the panel.So, I made a vote. All of the group members had to pick one piece of paper that will determine whether they will be the panel or not.Unfortunately, the vote pointed at me to become the panel.However, I accepted this challenge and the rest of the group members really gave a lot of support to me.On Thursday, we had a forum.There are 6 panels for the first session.Our group had been chosen to be a panel for this first session. The moderator for that day was Khaideer.Anyway, the forum for that day were quiet good eventhough there were some verb problems faced by the panels.There were 2 questions pointed to me. The question were how many countries involved in Confrontation? and Do you think teenagers nowadays appreciate the independence?.I think the first question is really simple and I just answered that the 2 countries involved are Phillipines and Indonesia.However the second question required me to think deeply and I answered based on my opinion.The forum ended at 10 am and will be continued next week with the other 6 panels.The photos of the forum are shown below:

Week 5 : All about drama

Along this week, we were just watching the drama presented by the other groups.Some of the group showed a very well prepared drama.However, some of the group lack of actor or actress because some of our classmates were absence on that day.So, they were very unlucky because they had to adjust back the drama that they had prepared.But, there was a group with 2 people which could made the whole class enjoyed their performance.They were making a lot of jokes.Overall, I think we get some input from all of these drama.The most important thing is we really enjoyed the ER class on this week.

Week 4 : Do the drama

On 3rd August, En Ahmad announced that we will have to do the drama on the next class which was on Thursday, 5th August.The drama should have three scenes where all of the scenes were taken from the previous comics that we had drawn.We were quiet shocked because we never expected that the drama should based on the comics.It was because the comics that we have done were quiet simple but interesting.So, on that night, we gathered together to get the best ideas to to the drama.We started practiced the drama on Wednesday at night.We created our own dialogue due to the comics which had no too much dialogue. It quiet tough to summarized the history about certain topics into a short drama.However, we tried our best and presented the drama on Thursday.I think that our group performance was not too much good because we read the dialogue on the paper and we were also shy when presented the drama.Actually, we did not have too much time to memorize the dialogue due to some other commitments.I think that we can improve our act skills if we get the other chance to perform a drama. However, we were proud because we are the second group which was volunteered to present our drama on that day.Unfortunately, we forgot to take the photos of our performance. So, there is no photo shown for this post.

Week 3 : Draw a comic based on the given title

On 29th July, we have been given a task to draw a comic based on the given title.There are 3 comics where the title are all related to the history.The first title is fighting for independence, followed by the confrontation and finally the formation of Malaysia.So, we referred to the history books just to refresh back our memory on these topics.Our group has work together to give ideas about these topics.The people who were doing all of the drawing job were Shahida and Syazwanie because the rest of this group members have no talent in drawing.Actually, this drawing took a lot of time.So, we finished up all of this task at 3am.We also coloured the comics to make them more interesting.The results are shown below :

Week 3 : Create a dialogue for a comic

On 27th July, during Ethnic class, we have been given a new task which is to create a dialogue for comics.There are four types of comics where the the dialogue should be filled in our own.The dialogue must based on the concepts of ethnic relations.So, for the first comic, we choose the issue of not proud to be Malaysian, second comic with the issue of helping each other, followed by the third comic with the issue of apartheid and finally the fourth comic with the issue of not respect to each other.

We have been given five days to finish up the task and extra mark will be given to those who put an effort to color the comics nicely.So, our group came out with a lot of idea to do the dialogue.We chose the best idea on Sunday.Then we transferred the idea into the dialogue and started to color the comics.The results of our work are shown below :
